The launch of Voices of Our Children, a powerful poetry anthology written by local students and members of HEAL, a Homes with Hope program, is set to take place. HEAL (Health, Empathy, Altruism, Love) is a community service program that empowers teen girls, helping them build resilience and self-esteem through volunteer service while fostering a sense of belonging.
